Play Group!
I have noticed that most of my play group pictures are around the table. I guess when you do a craft type thing every week, this is what happens. This last one we made the peanut butter play dough (I also put it on the ward cook book blog too). They had a lot of fun with it, and many of them ate just as much as they played with it. Which is okay, since it is eatable.... although really sweet.

What a fun idea. Does the ward do this, or is it just a group of your friends and neighbors? I haven't heard of peanut butter playdough. Great idea and cute pictures!!
So, not to get over whelmed, we kept it to a few friends and neighbors. It's great to have some where for the kids to have organized play and it doesn't all fall on one person. You should start one!
So I'm thinking I should come to play group too! (Not my kids, mind you - ME!) I wanna pig out on playdough & hang out with my friends. :)
No really - I have such fond memories of our playgroups in California. On those "I'm BORED!" summer days, I wish we had one again. Good for you for sticking with it & having such a fun time!!
