Okay, this is one of the many things that Erik did at preschool. I saw an idea some where and I have been working on it since the school year has ended. Through out the year I have a bin for Erik and one for Ben and when we are done showing each project on the frig, I have them put them in the bin that slides under there beds. Then at the end of the year we go threw them and pick out a few to go into sheet protectors in a binder... more like a scrape book. Some have to be cut down to fit, and when we reached the limit we took pictures of the other that he wanted. (Up above is an example of those.) With Ben I am doing a before kindergarten one, so I am waiting until the summer before to do his, like I did with Erik. But the idea, is that you collect them all school year in the bin and then condense them into the binder and have a binder for each school year. It's been great to have a place to collect all of there work, and they can pull out there binder any time to look back on what they've done.
My mom had a box for each of us growing up for all of our school years, I was grateful that she went to the trouble of keeping them for us, but I later put it in a form that I could enjoy and took pictures of most of the bigger ones.. so I hope that this is a more modern and more effective way to keep track of things. Sorry for the long post, I rambled a bit... but just passing on the idea to all who would like to use it. I love finding ways to keep better organized in a realistic way.

Great Idea, I'll have to keep that in mind as my kids will start preschool soon
