Okay, this is really gross but I wanted to remember the mess that I'm up against. Bekah found water, and doritos left on the table from the boys after lunch. She climbed onto the table (While I was cleaning up another mess of hers) and dipped the doritos into the water.. dumped them all over the table and then crushed and ate them.. Okay I admit that I was pretty up set when I saw this, but then I started to laugh really hard because (well, maybe stress...) but mostly because of the way she looked at me like she had done nothing wrong! This reminded me of being 13 & babysitting. While cleaning up the baby in the high chair after dinner, the other kids somehow found strawberry Quik mix, spread it all over the dining room table, mixed in milk & spread the resulting goo EVERYWHERE! On themselves, the table, the chairs, the floor...
Needless to say - I did not babysit for that family again.
I think there are days like that, being a mom. Thank goodness for stress-induced laughter! :)
(And she's SO CUTE - you gotta just laugh!)
