This aren't in really any order, but here is what the basement looks right now. The guy is going to do the texturing today and tomorrow and the base boards, doors, window sills, and crown molding are getting put in on Friday! Painting will be next week... by us... so here we go with the pictures... This is the little window that is under the stairs where we have a little area for the kids. It looks into the family room. The kids are excited about this ...

Even though our basement is done & I love it, there's something exciting about the new stuff. So I'm a bit envious. You know, paint colors, carpet samples, bookshelves from Target or Ikea, organizing baskets...
Okay - not REALLY envious - but kinda. Cuz I'm a dork, I guess.
oh I am so excited for you- even a mini kitchen- how fun! You need to host a girls PJ movie party down there :)
