Thanksgiving Point.. Fall Break...

As we were heading out to Thanksgiving Point Gardens a couple of friends were riding/walking by. So, we stopped to chat and headed on our way, but this I wanted to share this picture. I was a little nervous to take all 6 kids some where... but is turned out to be a great thing. Nobody was at the Gardens and they had plenty to look at, room to run, and tons to do. First we tried to feed the fish... that didn't work really well, the algae was horrible, but they still liked it.

We took sack lunches for something new, and then the boys started posing for some pictures.

This is in the secret gardens... my favorite place in the gardens... There are the boys...

Then they all played in the fountain... so glad that it was perfect weather..




Next we went over to the waterfalls, and you can't get down unless you roll.. an unspoken rule. So, the boys raced... of course you see the good part here, but soon after Cayden started side ways and rolled straight into Erik's head.... oops!
The girls don't know the rule yet and ran fast down and started dancing on the stage. The picture doesn't cut it, but it was sure cute.

This is my favorite picture... They love watching and listening to the waterfalls....
Then we went and showed the kids I watch the top of the waterfalls... They hadn't been there before so it was all new and exciting.


The girls crashed in the car on the short drive home and it was perfect. I love the Gardens.
