Ensenada Excersion
Does this boat look familiar? It looks kind of weird since I took the picture from the bus window... but if you guessed the Black Pearl from Pirates of the Caribbean.. you're right. They said that it was just waiting to get sent to Miami to make another movie.
In Ensenada we did the Taste of Mexico excursion... best thing that we could of done. After the short tour we went to a restaurant.. Mango Mango and had a cooking class. Here is what we started with.
Yummy peppers...
This is the chef that taught us... he was really funny and gave many people a hard time.
Yummy... more peppers.
We first made salsa, and then made that into guacamole, and then we made tomales and tostadas. Tony's favorite part was getting a drink with mango and pina colada. We all got certificates saying that we passed the class. It had all the recipes on the back... Here is my Dad sporting his.
Then we went shopping. This was a much better experience here. They were a bit more reasonable, and we found some nice pull overs for the boys, and a dress for Bekah (we did get a purse for Bekah in Cabo too). Here is Andrew sporting a hat and his new pull over. (he didn't get the hat).
My Mom really wanted to get a guatar that she found for $70... Tony helped them find the best one... They ended up getting it for $6o or so.
Over all it was a fun time in Ensenada... We were limited on what we could do because of me being pregnant... But I was glad that we did this cooking class. The excursions sure did wear us out... they all calapsed on the bed...

I'm glad you got the kids presents. I told Erik you were going to bring him something and then Dalan said, I want you to go on a long long trip and bring me back a present. It was funny.
Love the pictures and hearing about your trip!!!
I love the hat! =) I'm glad that you did a cooking class...you should cook some stuff up for us.
