We have had the same coat rack since we got married (not shown... sold it already at the garage sale). It was one of those sticks with the post coming out of it... I loved it, but it wasn't covering our needs any more. So, we saw this at Ikea, and as soon as we could... we got it. I love it and it has been such a life saver. I have been training the kids to put all there stuff in it. Other then not being able to find Erik's back pack at the moment.. it has been easier to keep track of things.
Then I went threw all of the winter hats, gloves, and such and made sure that the kids at least have one each.... preparing to go shopping.. which was explained in an earlier post... Ben, kept them on for the rest of the day... in the house. He told me he was going to pray for snow to come soon... oh, boy... do we really want more snow yet!?!

Cute coat rack and shelves. We need something like that in our mud room. Its usually a big pile of shoes and coats in there. Your 'A Mother's Day' entry is making me nervous for when your kids will be here for the weekend :) Aaahh!!! Just kidding! Lori
Love the coat rack. We still need one...hmm...and don't underestimate prayers, Emery prayed for snow last year on a very warm day...the next morning it snowed!
I just LOVE getting things all organized!! Doesn't it feel great to have everything all in one place?? YEA for you! :)
We have the same set up in our garage except ours i not nearly as neat and tidy. We added more coat hooks to just hang on the wall for school bags and more coats.
